Rentals


Units rent for $185.00 per night or $990.00 per week (7 nights). A one-night deposit of $185.00 is required to confirm reservations. A two-night minimum is required from May through September. Holiday weekends are $200.00 per night (Three-night minimum). Each unit comfortably sleeps six adults. Unit availability calendars and photos of each property are shown below or call 937-842-9834 for more information. Boat docks are available for overnight if you have a rented unit. Boat dock fee is $20.00 per night (only available to those renting units from Froggy's).

Cancellation Policy
100% Refunded if cancelled before 30 days.
50% Refunded if cancelled before 14 days.
0% Refunded if cancelled within 14 days.
